Bitcoin-anchored first-use evidence

Every mark listed above was published, in context, in the Proof of Merch Mining Whitepaper v2.0 on the date noted. The whitepaper's SHA-256 hash was submitted to four independent OpenTimestamps calendars, creating a cryptographic proof of publication that will (within hours) be permanently anchored to a Bitcoin block header.

Trademark notice format

When we (or our licensees, if any) reference these marks in text or on products, we use:

First use in a document: full mark with the appropriate symbol (PROOF OF MERCH MINING™)
Subsequent uses: the plain mark (Proof of Merch Mining)
Physical products (tees, hangtags, inside labels): mark with symbol printed at least once per artefact

Permitted uses without a license

Journalistic, editorial, academic, or educational reference to our marks (nominative fair use)
Comparative statements that identify us honestly
Non-commercial commentary and criticism
Buyer verification of your own merch block (scan the QR, use the CLI, cite the block hash — all encouraged)

Uses that require our written permission

Using any of our marks as your own brand, product name, domain, social handle, or company name
Reproducing our marks on your own merchandise for sale
Suggesting endorsement, affiliation, or licensing by us when none exists
Registering our marks (or confusingly similar variants) anywhere in the world
